A native of Beech Grove, Indiana, Tom Williams began his18-year career in the automotive industry in 1981. Opportunities took him to Houston, Tulsa and St. Louis, before returning to his native Indiana.
During this time, Tom managed rental and leasing operations in Tulsa for Thrifty-Rent-a-Car, managed Chick Norton Leasing in Tulsa, was Fleet manager for Bianco Oldsmobile and The Lou Fusz Automotive Network’s 12 franchise stores, before becoming General Manager for Paul Fusz Buick/Lou Fusz Mitsubishi in St. Louis. Throughout his career, Tom often used direct mail and event marketing to drive traffic to his stores.
In 1995, he returned to Indianapolis as Regional Manager of 7 Budget Car Sales locations in the Midwest. Tom formed Budget Direct Mail, Inc. in 1999, bringing his years of automotive and management experience to direct mail, while addressing shortcomings he’d experienced as a customer.
Budget Direct Mail merged with Printing Partners in 2008, which has greatly increased their resources and product offerings that help to drive bus loads of customers to clients’ stores!

Customer Service Representative
Camila Fetzer serves the company as CSR, responsible for production planning, coordinating client projects with production teams and processes to ensure each one progresses smoothly and on schedule. Employed with Printing Partners since June 2007, she was assigned to Budget after the merger last summer, and smoothly handles the needs of both operations. Camila leverages over 12 years of experience in print production management. She observes, “Printing Partners has an array of resources, allowing us to keep almost all the production in-house.”
Camila estimates she might juggle as many as 40 projects in a week, from several simple jobs such as business cards to a couple of large direct mail projects. She loves the fast-pace and every-changing technology of the printing industry. Camila grew up in Indy. At home, she enjoys cooking and visiting with friends.
